3D dispensing mechanism

The TB 300 has a unique 3D dispensing system that allows dispensing up to 840 different types of products, up to 60 packages of each type. The total capacity of the machine can thus be up to an incredible 50,400 pieces (the smallest possible product with dimensions of 5 x 20 mm). It is ideal for products in boxes. The magnetic dividers on the shelves are used for flexible arrangement of dispensing positions and at the same time allow for easy readjustment.
The machine is in the Main or Extension version. The Main version includes an industrial PC with a large 27" touch screen, an RFID reader for logging in and a QR reader for reading product codes or various lists. The door of the machine is closed with an electromechanical lock and will only open after the authorized person has logged in. An electromechanical roller shutter with LED signaling opens and closes by itself. Dispensing is recorded using an internal IP camera. Also, a printer can be installed to print dispensing tickets or labels.
